Item ID

The order form has a column for the "Item ID". Each photograph on this webpage has an ID. When you go to the page with the photograph that you want to get reproduced, click on the photograph. On a PC right click the image or or control click on a Mac and select "View Image Infor". The item ID will just be the name of the file ending with *.jpg. Enter this name in the column titled "Item ID".

Step 1 - Select Item ID

Go to the page where you saw the picture that you want and get the "Item ID".

Step 2 - Down Load Order Form

Click on the below link and open the Order Form.

Step 3 - Mailing Address & Telephone Number

On the right hand side of the Order Form are spaces for the mailing address where the items are to be shipped, fill this in.

Step 4 - Enter Item IDs

Enter the Item IDs of the photographs that you want in the left column, one item per line.

Step 5 - Select Product

Select the product from the pull down list.

There are eight products that can be ordered

4X6 Photos for $5.00 per copy

5X7 Photos for $7.50 per copy

8X10 Photos for $10.00 per copy

Coffee Mug for $20.00

Mouse Pad for $10.00

Tee Shirt for $20.00

Key Chain for $8.00

Magnet for $8.00

Step 6 - Select Quantity

Select the quantity of each product that you wish to purchase from the pull down list.

The total will calculate automatically. Tax and shipping are included.

Step 7 - Save the Form and Email It

Save the changes that you have made and email the order form the address below.

Hit the "Donate" Button Below and Enter the Total Amount at the Bottom of the Order Form
