The Bridges of Los Angeles County are, more than anything else, the image of Los Angeles. All around Los Angeles County there are bridges, thousands of them. Many are quite mundane, most very modern, but some are very beautiful and even a few are historic. They are, at least for some who spent their lives in Los Angeles, the face of Los Angeles.
